You’ll be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, collaboration, and customer care, with the resources, training, and incentives to ensure your success every step of the way. **Responsibilities:** * Perform analysis of new mold designs to verify functionality and prevent issues during mass production. * Evaluate molded parts against established parameters and document CTQs for each part. * Execute continuous improvement projects. * Support analysis and follow-up of corrective actions to reduce scrap, escapes, and customer complaints. * Support analysis of finished product failures. * Support assigned engineering changes and perform required activities for implementation and approval. * Support quality-related matters for NPI or TOW development. * Evaluate suspect material detected in-process (Non-Conforming Product) and lead corrective actions. * Follow up on tasks assigned by supervisor. * Comply with skill matrix requirements. **Job Objective:** * Conduct root cause analysis of issues related to product performance and functionality. * Develop and establish quality audit and inspection procedures focused on ensuring product standards. * Monitor and control area metrics such as PPMs and scrap, while complying with Quality Management System requirements. * Implement control plans to meet product requirements. * Track customer complaints for prompt resolution. * Complete PPAP elements and track progress for new mold release. **Minimum Requirements:** * Desired academic level: Bachelor’s degree. * Field of study: Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline. * Desired experience: 6 months in manufacturing or quality roles within plastic molding processes. * English proficiency: 80%. Influences process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Assurance policies, practices, and procedures. Job Description Reviews and makes recommendations for Quality Assurance plans, guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure the achievement of Quality targets. Executes Quality Assurance project plans and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving. Provides production process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvements. Conducts collection and analysis of quality information for the development of quality strategy and programs. Reviews and analyzes quality improvement processes to ensure ongoing reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes. Minimum Requirements Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience. Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work. University Degree or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
