Focusing on prevention and providing a fast response to any concern. **YOUR TASK WILL BE** * Primary interface between customer and manufacturing plant * Coordinate with the Quality Engineer the implementation of plant containment measures for quality issues reported by the customer. * Internally, you will act as an expert in the specific requirements of the client related to the product, process, and expectations for everything related to quality. * Coordinate and ensure effective closure of all corrective and preventive actions resulting from quality problems. **TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering * Leadership, proactive, focused on results. * 4 years working in the function within a manufacturing environment, working in automotive industry. * Knowledge in customer portals (BMW, Mercedes, Nisan) * Strong knowledge in Core Tools, IATF, problem solving, customer requirements. * Fluent English \#LI\-DNI *Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.* *Applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
