**Construction Control** **Company:** TCM Maintenance and Construction Job Description We are seeking a **Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Architect** with experience in **construction control**. The selected candidate will play a key role in the **management, supervision, and administration** of projects, ensuring cost and budget compliance. Responsibilities * Administrative organization and control of projects. * Payroll preparation. * Logbook tracking. * Control of construction expenses and budgets. * Purchase authorization. Skills and Knowledge * Proficiency in PC use and administrative tools. * Positive attitude, responsibility, cooperation, and availability. * Organization and proactivity in project management. Requirements * Degree: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Age: 24 years or older. * Minimum 1 year of experience in construction control. Work Schedule * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (with 1-hour lunch break). * Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. * Day off: Sunday.
