Job Objective: Ensure excellence in kitchen operations through menu planning, supervision, and execution, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and service, with special emphasis on seafood preparation. Salary: $15,000 monthly \+ bonuses Food preparation and culinary activities involving seafood Comply with applicable standards in the kitchen area Supervise and direct kitchen staff Plan and direct food preparation and restaurant culinary activities Manage inventory and place necessary orders for supply replenishment Inspect and verify supplies as well as work areas to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
