Its services help clients apply for work permits, visas, permanent residence, and other immigration relief solutions. As a **Sales Representative**, you will assist prospective clients with their immigration needs by scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and helping convert inquiries into clients—while ensuring a professional and supportive experience. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist clients by phone to identify their needs and determine how the firm can support them. * Provide clear and concise information about services and immigration processes. * Use sales techniques to motivate prospective clients to begin their legal process with the firm. * Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent and culturally sensitive communication. * Effectively handle client complaints and ensure overall satisfaction. * Offer solutions to address client concerns or obstacles. * Maintain accurate and timely communication in all client interactions.
