Organized and efficient management to achieve objectives **Job Description** Provide support to the Human Resources department in executing administrative and operational processes, collaborating in activities such as recruitment, employee relations, information control, and supporting organizational development initiatives. Contribute to achieving departmental objectives through organized and efficient management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (completed or in progress) * Entry-level experience in Human Resources (preferred) * Proficiency in Excel * Basic to intermediate English * Strong attention to detail * Excellent service attitude and communication skills * Organized and proactive individual * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities * Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities **Responsibilities:** * Support the Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks * Post job openings on various platforms * Conduct initial review of resumes * Schedule interviews with candidates * Integrate and archive physical and digital personnel files * Assist in organizing internal events * Provide general support for departmental activities Salary: $10,497.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
