Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with expertise in logistics and inventory control to oversee daily operations and personnel, ensuring service level standards and process compliance. Coordinate and develop the warehouse team **WAREHOUSE MANAGER \- GUAYMAS** **Requirements** Industrial Engineering or Logistics degree 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager Intermediate English **Required Skills and Knowledge**: · Inventory handling and control · Proficiency in systems (ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI) · Warehouse logistics · Knowledge of KPIs · Basic understanding of quality management systems **Responsibilities** **Primary Functions and Responsibilities**: · **Ensure Daily Operations** Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and replenishment according to processes and customer requirements. · **Inventory Control** Guarantee accuracy through cycle counts, ERP validations, and discrepancy resolution. · **Personnel Supervision** Coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance. · **Service Level Compliance** Ensure timely stock availability, prevent stockouts, and meet established deadlines. · **Replenishment Management** Administer reorder points and restocking orders to ensure continuity. · **Customer Liaison** Coordinate operations, address incidents, and maintain constant communication. · **Process Compliance and Audits** Ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, and traceability. **We Offer** Salary \= MXN 22,000 less taxes, plus MXN 880 in food vouchers \+ 3% savings fund, 100% IMSS coverage.
