Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise daily operations, manage inventory, coordinate staff, and ensure compliance with processes and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate teams and ensure service level compliance. **WAREHOUSE MANAGER \- GUAYMAS** **Requirements** **Industrial Engineering or Logistics Degree** **3+ years of experience as Warehouse Manager** **Intermediate English** **Required Skills and Knowledge**: · Inventory handling and control · Systems proficiency (ERP, Office Suite, **Power BI**) · Warehouse logistics · KPI knowledge · Basic understanding of quality management systems **Responsibilities** **Primary Functions and Responsibilities**: · **Ensure Daily Operations** Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and replenishment according to procedures and customer requirements. · **Inventory Control** Guarantee accuracy through cycle counts, ERP validations, and discrepancy resolution. · **Staff Supervision** Coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance. · **Service Level Compliance** Ensure timely supply, prevent stockouts, and meet established deadlines. · **Replenishment Management** Administer reorder points and restocking orders to ensure continuity. · **Client Liaison** Coordinate operations, address incidents, and maintain consistent communication. · **Process and Audit Compliance** Ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, and traceability. **We Offer** Salary \= MXN 22,000 (pre-tax), plus MXN 880 in food vouchers \+ 3% savings fund, 100% IMSS coverage. Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday OR 6:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday Work Location: Tetakawi, Guaymas Position Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: Up to MXN 22,883.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you speak intermediate English?
