Objective of the Law Undergraduate Faculty Position: Ensure achievement of learning objectives and student competencies in the Bachelor's programs in Law Functions and activities as an Undergraduate Faculty Member: * Create dynamic classes that promote meaningful learning * Implement classroom strategies, identifying students' academic needs and problems * Encourage active participation from all students * Increase the level of academic quality * Enhance students' development level Requirements to become an Undergraduate Faculty Member: Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Sciences, or related field, completed with title and professional license (cédula).
