TRAFFIC ANALYST * Minimum education: completed high school diploma * Six months of experience in a similar position * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., plus Saturday on-call shifts. Responsibilities include: * Planning and assigning daily routes considering volume, distance, and delivery times. * Monitoring transportation providers via telephone. * Adjusting routes or reassigning vehicles in response to operational incidents. * Tracking scheduled deliveries and validating proof of delivery (POD), photographs, and digital signatures. * Collaborating with warehouse and customer service departments to resolve incidents. * Validating invoices submitted by providers. * Custodial duties.
