Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse professional with experience in inventory management, team leadership, and quality and safety assurance, coordinating receiving, picking, and supervisory operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of high-volume warehouses and inventory control. 2. Leadership and supervision of warehouse staff, drivers, and warehouse clerks. 3. Quality, safety, and environmental assurance in warehouse operations. * Experience in warehouse operations involving high-volume inventory, receiving, shipping, inventory control, FIFO, and FEFO. * Highly organized with strong accountability and assertive communication skills. * Leadership and personnel management capabilities. * Completed bachelor’s degree; computer literacy: MS Office; warehouse management software knowledge (preferred). * Coordinate picking activities with department supervisors. * Audit incoming orders for correct quantities of goods. * Supervise receiving processes; audit quantities, batches, and expiration dates against physical stock—regardless of source (suppliers, internal warehouse transfers, or returns). * Maintain schedules and logs; perform maintenance on warehouse equipment. * Supervise assigned personnel, including drivers and warehouse clerks. * Ensure the warehouse complies with quality, safety, and environmental prerequisites. * Maintain cold chain integrity for products until loading. * Audit merchandise location according to slotting order. * Print labels for identification of new products and traceability. * Supervise weekly cycle counts. * Identify root causes and reasons for potential inventory discrepancies and implement corrective improvements. * Monitor and track items approaching expiration (product expiry dates and shelf life). * Execute product and space allocation plans within racking systems. * Assign external orders to staff for picking. * Supervise personnel safety, proper use of PPE, and training compliance. * Manage deliveries and released invoices.
