Job Summary: Supervise assigned activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, security personnel management, and control of equipment and attendance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Stay updated on laws, policies, and regulations in the area. 2. Supervise security personnel and compliance with standards. 3. Investigate abnormal situations and control surveillance equipment. Carry out assigned activities in accordance with the laws, policies, standards, and regulations governing the area; therefore, continuous updating is required. · Prepare work schedules and monitor strict adherence to them. · Supervise dress code compliance. · Supervise implementation of operational directives. · Continuously supervise workers and immediately report any anomalies occurring during their work shifts to the department head. · Respond to and investigate abnormal situations related to security and surveillance duties, compiling evidence and statements from relevant individuals. · Maintain inventory of guards’ uniforms and equipment. · Manage attendance lists. · Supervise personnel attendance. · Assign personnel to various city services, if required. · Cover for subordinates’ absences during respective shifts when circumstances require. · Verify and ensure proper maintenance and use of assigned surveillance equipment and booths across different workplaces.
