Contact us if you feel capable. **Responsibilities:** Achieve coverage goals, including required areas and personnel, by managing, controlling, maintaining, and establishing accountability in related methods, processes, and impacts. Manage the operational staff from hiring through daily oversight, including talent development, to ensure adequate coverage and reasonable turnover. Attend to clients regarding billing, service deductions, supervision, meetings, and any other matters arising. Ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures and registration with authorities (DGSP and SEDENA), including personnel files.
