





**Position:** On-Call Nursing Professional (Bachelor's or Technical) **Area:** Medical Service **Reports to:** On-Call Physician / Medical Coordinator **Job Objective** Provide preventive and supportive care to staff prior to starting their shift, ensuring they are in optimal health condition to perform their duties, and assist the on-call physician in managing and following up on any medical situations that arise. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct pre-shift medical surveillance (vital signs, detection of symptoms or conditions affecting immediate work fitness). * Document findings in the appropriate record and report any abnormalities to the on-call physician. * Refer personnel to the medical area if signs or symptoms requiring assessment are detected. * Assist the on-call physician in clinical management of emergencies, incidents, or general consultations. * Maintain personnel medical records updated according to internal procedures. * Administer basic first aid when necessary. * Monitor and maintain assigned medical equipment and supplies in optimal condition. * Collaborate in health promotion and disease prevention activities within the workplace. * 8-hour shifts (rotating) **Job Profile** * **Age**: 23 to 36 years * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Nursing (with professional title and license). * **Experience:** At least 1 year desirable in medical services, occupational health, emergency care, or related fields (not mandatory for recent graduates willing to undergo training). * **Knowledge:** * Vital signs measurement and anthropometry. * Basic occupational health and safety standards. * First aid and basic life support (BLS). * **Skills:** * Clinical observation and early detection ability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Organization and document registration.
