Job Summary: Monitor multiple screens to identify risks, manage alarms, prepare incident reports, coordinate with security personnel, and verify the functionality of systems. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of detailed incident reports * **Active Surveillance:** Continuous observation of multiple monitors to detect theft, vandalism, unauthorized intrusions, or other security risks. * **Alarm Management:** Monitoring and responding to alerts from security systems, fire alarms, or motion sensors. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Preparing logs, detailed records, and written reports of incidents occurring during the shift. * **Operational Communication:** Coordinating via radio or telephone with on-site security guards, police, or emergency services. * **Access Control:** Managing entry of personnel or vehicles into restricted facilities. * **System Verification:** Ensuring proper operation of cameras and recording equipment.
