Understanding of fundamental project management principles, including planning, scheduling, and resource control Responsibilities * Supervise the execution of all installation works throughout the residential project, including hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, mini-split, and electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements. * Ensure all work is performed according to the specifications and quality standards established in the drawings and approved project. * Verify that all materials used for residential installations match those specified in the project and meet the required quality standards. * Monitor that installation works are carried out within the allocated budget and scheduled timeframes. * Conduct final inspections of installation works to ensure full compliance with agreed-upon specifications, and deliver the completed project ready for final handover to the client. * Track updates to change bulletins and implement corresponding adjustments immediately.
