It All Starts WITH YOU! **About You** In this Engineering Assistant role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, placing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Under indirect supervision, you’ll perform various administrative tasks following instructions and simple procedures—such as inventory control of parts, fixed asset and stationery management—and provide departmental support for required documentation. You’ll maintain equipment associated with Kimberly\-Clark’s production, packaging, and distribution through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications: * You are 18 years or older. * Completed high school or technical education. * Basic English proficiency. * Experience not required.
