**Requirements:** * Education in **Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields**. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** coordinating black-work projects or similar construction projects. * Knowledge of **blueprint reading and interpretation, materials management, and construction planning**. * Experience in **supervising personnel and contractors**, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Ability to **plan, organize, and monitor** project progress according to schedule and budget. * Knowledge of **occupational health and safety standards**. * Strong communication, leadership, and on-site problem-solving skills. * Availability to **work on-site and travel within the project area**. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs, and Saturday, 8:00–12:00 hrs.
