Rest activities and flexible working hours **AFORE Advisor – Base Salary + Professional Growth** At **Afore Invercap**, a company with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector and specialized in managing retirement funds, we are seeking talent to join our sales team. If you enjoy sales, interacting with clients, and seek professional growth opportunities, this vacancy is for you. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Client prospecting and acquisition (telemarketing, social media, referrals, corporate visits, door-to-door outreach). * Providing personalized advisory services on retirement funds. * Following up with clients until sale closure. * Meeting performance targets. * AFORE transfers and registrations. * Achieving commercial targets. **WE OFFER:** * **Starting Salary: $13,167 monthly (100% covered by IMSS)** * **Weekly payroll disbursement (no waiting week).** * **Development plan with salary increases every 4 to 8 weeks (up to $72,000 monthly).** * Paid training * Certification with CONSAR. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (Savings Fund, life insurance...). * Direct employment contract with the company. * Uniforms. * Rest activities and flexible working hours. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (CERTIFICATE REQUIRED). * **AFORE experience** * Experience in client prospecting. * Results-oriented (target achievement). * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. **APPLY NOW AND JOIN OUR SALES TEAM!!**
