Coordination and optimization of customer experience across digital channels. **Job Objective:** To plan, execute, and optimize the company’s comprehensive e-commerce and digital presence strategy, ensuring profitable sales growth through digital channels (website, delivery platforms, and call center), strengthening customer experience, and developing strategic partnerships with content creators to boost brand positioning, traffic, and conversion—aligned with the brand’s business objectives. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Age: 23–40 years * Gender: No preference * Willingness to travel * Knowledge of digital sales * Experience with social media metrics * Experience with website traffic, SEO, and SEM * Experience with digital channel and call center customer service * Advanced English **Job Responsibilities (responsibilities are informative, not exhaustive):** * Design and implement strategies to increase sales via website, delivery platforms, and call center. * Register new locations on delivery platforms (Uber, DiDi, Rappi). * Manage and update menus, pricing, and promotions across all digital platforms. * Verify daily connectivity and proper functioning of delivery platforms. * Optimize the digital catalog (product names, descriptions, photographs, and product ordering). * Manage and track complaints, returns, and refunds. * Analyze service incidents and propose improvements to reduce complaints. * Generate periodic digital sales reports by platform. * Analyze key performance indicators: conversion rate, average order value, cancellations, ranking, and profitability. * Coordinate, train, and evaluate call center performance and its customer portfolio (sales, targets, and conversion). * Calculate call center commissions and monitor target achievement. * Train and provide commercial follow-up for the call center’s customer portfolio. * Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Ads, Email Marketing). * Monitor and optimize digital campaign performance. * Manage online community and track reviews and comments. * Coordinate influencer marketing strategies (contact, negotiation, quotation, and deliverables tracking). * Measure and report ROI of influencer campaigns. * Manage the company website: product listings, price and promotion updates. * Coordinate product photoshoots for digital platforms. * Create optimized product and promotion descriptions. * Update and maintain digital profiles (Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, company website). * Track and follow up on invoices and payments to e-commerce vendors. * Manage the allocated budget for digital marketing and platforms. * Maintain an updated directory of access credentials, passwords, and digital platform accounts. * Identify opportunities to improve user experience and digital processes. * Propose and implement digital commercial strategies aligned with sales objectives. **Skills, Knowledge, and/or Competencies:** * Advanced Excel proficiency * Real-time problem-solving * Advanced knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – intermediate level) * Familiarity with pricing and product variety offered by Suspiros Pastelerías (not mandatory; training will be provided) * Adaptability to change * Organization and follow-up skills * Effective communication * Process orientation * Internal and external customer service focus * Time management * Numerical and commercial aptitude * Analytical thinking * Proactivity * Results orientation * Team management * Public relations * Teamwork * Active listening **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary:** $13,000 \+ $3,500 bonus\.
