We invite you to participate in our challenge as: Operator**Position Objective:** Safeguard the integrity of the gas transportation system by monitoring gas flow and pressure behavior within the transportation system, as well as supporting compression station maintenance activities (where required), complying with Mexican and international safety and environmental standards. **Responsibilities:** Participate in executing projects assigned by your Supervisor. * Execute the annual rotation plan for dynamic equipment at Compression Stations. * Participate in executing major maintenance and shutdown activities at the Compression Station. * Conduct routine inspections of Compression Station equipment, promptly reporting deviations to your Supervisor and following up appropriately. * Ensure operational reports under your responsibility are issued timely and correctly (where required). * Operate and monitor Compression Station systems according to the operational philosophy, making necessary adjustments to meet daily gas nominations and maintaining processes within established limits. * Accurately complete Compression Station operational forms established in the IMS and/or requested by your Supervisor. * Conduct shift handover/receipt, communicating relevant aspects of the Compression Station. * Monitor the Compression Station process, promptly reporting and recording alarms per IMS-established procedures and forms. * Support compression station maintenance activities (where required). * Identify abnormal operating conditions requiring activation of the emergency response protocol. * Comply with the Procurement Policy for acquisition of goods and services. * Execute necessary operations for product delivery according to quality parameters specified in the contract. * Support and/or generate required Operations and Maintenance reports, e.g., weekly report, monthly report, leak report, etc. * Participate in annual Integrated Management System audits. Review and update applicable Operations and Maintenance procedures of the Integrated Management System assigned by your Supervisor. * Perform activities to fulfill regulatory and contractual obligations related to the Compression Station, as assigned by your Supervisor. * Participate in regulatory audit programs applicable to the Compression Station, such as but not limited to: NOM 001, NOM 007, NOM 009, NOM 014, STPS, and Environmental audits. * Administer, secure, and control tools assigned by your Supervisor. * Participate in Root Cause Analysis of process disturbances related to the Compression Station. * Address tasks assigned by your Supervisor related to requirements of various Shared Service areas. * Ensure information related to your functions is secured in the repository assigned to the asset. * Attend trainings assigned in the Annual Training Program. Dimensions/QHSE * Comply with the asset’s Safety and Health Management System. * Comply with health, safety, environment, and quality work practices, procedures, and systems meeting company standards and legal regulations. * Know and apply procedures related to your work. * Ensure and review ASTs for activities to be carried out at the Compression Station. * Review, authorize, and close work permits for maintenance activities at the Compression Station. * Participate in Management of Change (MOC) assessments applicable to the compression station. * Ensure all personnel and contractors under your responsibility are adequately informed about hazards, critical activities, and QHSE controls. * Participate in Emergency Response drills. * Participate in Root Cause Analysis of incidents occurring at the Compression Station and those assigned to you. * Ensure corrective/preventive actions assigned by your Supervisor and identified at the Compression Station are closed and effective. * Ensure achievement of annual corporate QHSE objectives. *Others:* * Maintain discipline and order within the facility. * Perform any other duties inherent to this position. **Technical Skills:** AutoCAD 2D and 3D (Desirable). Data Analytics management, forecasting, and information correlation. Employee safety preventive actions. Environment, Health, and Occupational Safety (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000, OSHAS 18000\).
