**Job Description** ------------------------- Operate and maintain the concrete mixer truck in optimal condition to deliver ready-mix concrete to the specified location in the shortest possible transit time, always ensuring safety by complying with applicable traffic regulations, and consistently demonstrating good customer service attitude and attention. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1.- Checks and maintains proper functioning of the vehicle. 2.- Maintains interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle. Washes the vehicle in designated areas (wash pit and locations indicated by the customer). 3.- Ensures necessary safety equipment is available for operation. 4.- Completes daily checklist for concrete mixer truck. 5.- Ensures the drum is empty upon entering the loading area, with the drum rotating in discharge direction. 6.- Visually verifies that shipping document details match the product loaded onto the vehicle. 7.- Ensures knowledge of the delivery address before leaving the plant. 8.- Ensures customer signs acceptance of the concrete delivery slip. 9.- Reports any issues regarding site access, element to be poured, or concrete quality. 10.- Removes concrete stuck inside the drum. 11.- Complies with applicable traffic regulations. 12.- Applies procedures from the integrated management system and complies with its requirements. 13.- Implements operational controls derived from environmental aspects, hazards, and risks in CR activities. 14.- Properly disposes of waste materials. 15.- Drives at specified speeds to control fugitive dust emissions. 16.- Uses the vehicle efficiently to reduce water and fuel consumption in daily operations. 17.- Reports unsafe conditions in work area and equipment. 18.- Correctly implements emergency response plan. 19.- Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) **Position Challenges** -------------------- Safety: Zero disabling accidents: Follows safety guidelines and actions to prevent disabling accidents. Productivity: Performs loading and unloading of ready-mix concrete on time and as required. Continuous Training: Attends practical or theoretical training sessions to improve skills. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Primary school Required Experience: * 6 months as a concrete mixer truck operator or equivalent.
