We are currently seeking an experienced **Lathe and Milling Machine Operator**, responsible for safely operating machinery and accurately interpreting specifications for machined parts. **Responsibilities** * Manufacturing parts for the industrial and mining sectors. * Performing machining operations such as threading, drilling, keyway cutting, tapping, among others. * Interpreting blueprints and technical specifications to meet required outcomes. * Inspecting and measuring parts to verify compliance with established tolerances and standards. * Properly using measuring tools and equipment. * Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and good operational practices. **Requirements** * Proven experience of at least **4 years** as a lathe and milling machine operator. * Proficiency with conventional machining machinery and tools. * Skilled in using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, dial indicators, etc.). * Attention to detail and judgment to assess quality and surface finishes. * Mechanical aptitude and solid mathematical knowledge. * Ability to work under pressure and maintain effective communication. * Education: High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent; a **machining certification** or related field is highly valued. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for career development within the company. * Safe and professional working environment.
