




A leading industrial dining services company is looking for: **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** **Job Requirements** * Minimum education required: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field, with professional title and license. * Minimum of 5 years of experience managing staffs of more than 250 employees, payroll processing, IMSS procedures, Fonacot, recruitment and selection strategies, among others. * Knowledge of social security, recruitment and selection, payroll, labor relations, NOM 035, training, and handling STPS requirements. **Job Responsibilities** * Employee roster management. * Coordination of recruitment and selection processes. * Processing employee terminations and severance. * Handling visits from labor authorities. * Implementation of training and development strategies. * Compliance with labor regulations. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary of 15,000 to 17,000 monthly before taxes * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Direct hiring by the company.
