Responsibilities * Collect blood, urine, swab, or other specimens following established protocols. * Accurately identify and precisely label specimens. * Provide friendly and professional patient care. * Prepare, organize, and maintain the work area in order. * Comply with biosafety standards and biological waste handling procedures. * Enter information into the laboratory's system. * Assist with tasks related to patient or specimen reception (as required). Requirements * Education: Nursing degree (certified). * Minimum 1 year of experience in specimen collection (preferred). * Knowledge of biosafety standards and handling of biological specimens. * Good patient interaction skills, service-oriented attitude, and sense of responsibility. * Flexible availability for scheduling.
