





**1\.** **Position Objective** The primary objective of the Warehouse Manager position is to ensure controlled and efficient handling of inputs required for production at the plant. This includes supervision, storage, control, and care of over 430 inputs, ensuring that any errors in inventory management do not negatively impact production. **2\. Specific Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management:** * Supervise and maintain optimal inventory levels. * Implement control systems to minimize waste and ensure continuous availability. * **Receiving and Storage:** * Coordinate receipt of raw materials according to quality specifications. * Organize efficient and secure storage following company standards. * **Quality Control:** * Collaborate with the quality department to verify raw materials meet standards. * Conduct periodic inspections and sampling. * **Planning and Scheduling:** * Work with production and procurement to plan input acquisition. * Ensure material availability to meet production schedules. * **Process Optimization:** * Identify improvement opportunities in receiving, storage, and distribution processes. * Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * **Supplier Coordination:** * Maintain smooth communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. * Evaluate and select suppliers in coordination with procurement. * **Documentation and Reporting:** * Maintain accurate records of operations related to inputs. * Prepare periodic reports on inventory and other performance indicators. * **Regulatory Compliance:** * Ensure compliance with local and international regulations. * Stay updated on industry regulations and standards. * **Training and Supervision:** * Supervise and train warehouse personnel. * Ensure team is trained in safety and operational procedures. **3\.** **Required Competencies** * **Leadership:** Ability to supervise and motivate the team. * **Organization:** Skill in managing multiple tasks and priorities. * **Communication:** Effectiveness in communicating with suppliers and internal teams. * **Data Analysis:** Ability to interpret inventory data and generate reports. * **Technical Knowledge:** Understanding of quality standards and industry regulations. **4\. Position Requirements:** * Preferably a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics industry. * Experience in inventory management and raw material quality control. * Knowledge of FDA, BPMS, and HACCP. * Cold chains. * In-depth knowledge of storage practices and inventory management procedures. * Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
