Flex\-N\-Gate is a continuously growing manufacturing company and industry leader in the automotive sector, ranked #10 among North America’s top 150 suppliers by “Automotive News”. **Job Objective:** Safeguard company property and personnel integrity in accordance with plant regulations to maintain asset security. **Job Profile:** * Education: High school diploma * Experience in a similar position. * Computer skills. **Job Responsibilities:** * Safeguard and protect Flex N Gate’s property and personnel integrity to prevent irregularities that could endanger personnel or cause emergency situations on-site. * Monitor and control entry and exit of Flex N Gate personnel, ensuring they wear required safety equipment on the shop floor, and verbally admonish those not wearing it, to comply with company policies and standards. * Record entry and exit of materials, tools, and chemicals into the plant to safeguard company property. * Monitor scrap weight during removal to verify destruction of bumper scrap. * Regularly inspect water tank levels and equipment to report failures or anomalies to the responsible party. * Inspect and prepare plant vehicles to ensure operational readiness and absence of malfunctions. * Assist the Nursing and Human Resources departments with transportation needs for personnel as required. * Verify that suppliers have complete personal protective equipment (PPE) prior to entering the plant. Knowledge, application, and participation in ISO 14001 and C\-TPAT requirements, as well as Environmental, Quality, and Safety policies.
