Responsibilities: Compliance with quality and food safety management system criteria Compliance with C-TPAT program criteria Physicochemical analysis, Rapid Allergen Tests and Lightning Release of Quality for Finished Product, bulk materials and purees Review of audit-related documents associated with their activities Follow-up on corrective actions Safeguarding information related to their activities (order and storage) Ensure GMPs in general personnel areas Review and ensure application of formulations and procedures Verify equipment cleaning and sanitization Execute and evaluate non-conforming product procedures Perform Quality Index on Finished Products Laboratory Chemicals Control Equipment Inventory Participate as internal auditor Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor Perform duties of Quality Manager or Quality Inspectors from other shifts when absent Develop procedures related to their activities Participate in the development of laboratory techniques Provide technical support to other departments on related topics to ensure quality and safety Inspection of Transport Vehicles upon raw material receipt Follow-up on Raw Material Rejections and document history Rapid testing of critical inputs Adherence to Incoming Inspection procedures Communication with Suppliers Compliance with generated records Process purchase requisitions and receive purchase orders Follow-up on material requests from the Quality Department Review Material Certificates of Analysis versus Specifications Control and safeguard documentation and sample retention Executor of export cargo vehicle inspection procedure for C-TPAT Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site job
