





We are seeking an experienced Head Chef with a strong focus on quality and leadership, responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of dishes, coordinating the kitchen team, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and culinary innovation. Key Responsibilities ✔ Dish Supervision and Quality Control Ensure that every dish meets established quality and presentation standards. Establish guidelines for temperature control, plating, and delivery timing. Continuously monitor food preparation and seek process improvements. ✔ Kitchen Team Management Coordinate, supervise, and train kitchen staff. Assign tasks and roles, and organize work schedules and staffing plans. Evaluate team performance. ✔ Inventory and Procurement Control Request necessary supplies and materials. Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) systems. Minimize waste and report out-of-stock dishes. ✔ Kitchen Conditions and Safety Supervise opening and closing procedures. Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out. Guarantee proper handling of equipment and adherence to safety conditions. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related field. Experience: Proven experience in professional kitchens. Prior experience leading teams and coordinating kitchen operations. In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and presentation. Familiarity with hygiene regulations, food safety standards, and industrial kitchen equipment operation. Required Skills: Effective communication. Ability to work under pressure.
