We are Cellboj, a company with over 7 years of experience in selling leading-edge technology products in northwestern Mexico, as well as offering wholesale sales nationwide across Mexico. What is your mission? To lead, organize, and supervise all branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achievement of targets, and development of a team committed to excellence. What will you do with us? * Lead, motivate, and develop the team. * Supervise sales, customer service, and administrative processes. * Ensure achievement of commercial and operational targets. * Manage inventory, orders, and product flow. * Implement improvements to optimize branch operations. * Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and management. What we seek in you: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager or branch supervisor (preferably in technology, retail, or sales). * Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration. * Leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability. * Excellent team management, communication, and results-oriented mindset. * Knowledge of inventory management, sales, and performance indicator tracking. * Proficiency in administrative and technological tools (Excel, CRM, etc.).
