A growing company leveraging new technologies for rental operations and digitalizing its processes across a wide range of industries. **FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Prior experience in similar roles. * Active customer portfolio focused on sales of mobile offices, light equipment, and aerial work platforms from leading brands such as Genie, JLG, Commosa, etc. (Desirable) * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license (Mandatory) **Responsibilities:** * Conduct the minimum required visits to assigned customers and report them via the platform designated by the department for customer relationship management. * Complete the minimum required certified audits for assigned customers and report them via the platform designated by the department for customer relationship management. * Promote the sale of departmental products and services. * Promote current commercial programs. * Generate and close new business opportunities with customers. * Enter information into the platform designated by the department for customer relationship management. * Maintain up-to-date product and service information for customers as required. * Schedule weekly activities within the tool designated by the department. * Follow up on pre\-opportunities assigned within the platform designated by the department for customer relationship management. * Complete assigned periodic evaluations. * Keep assigned customers informed about their account balances and outstanding receivables. * Participate in company-assigned training programs. * Conduct field visits to current and prospective customers. * Schedule one-on-one feedback sessions with direct supervisor. * Establish work strategies jointly with direct supervisor. * Provide follow-up to customers regarding products and services offered by the company. * Compile customer information to document required data prior to product or service signing and sale. * Document and inform relevant departments about payments received from customers. **We Offer You the Best Benefits:** * Base monthly salary of $11,200 Gross \+ Guaranteed salary of $6,000 for three months. * 13% food vouchers * 13% savings fund * Savings box * 30-day year-end bonus * 100% vacation premium * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Subsidized transportation and cafeteria in selected locations * School support * Funeral expense assistance * Direct hiring * Development and growth opportunities within an industry-leading company. **Division: T\-Renta Hermosillo** **Address:** Blvr.
