Experience and requirements * Bilingual, able to conduct business conversations in English and Spanish. * Five years of experience in a management position within the maquiladora industry, as a strategic partner to senior management. * Team development and integration. * Interaction with labor agencies and management of legal labor documents. * Negotiation skills. * Knowledge of the TRESS system, payroll processes, social security, and other labor\-related agencies. * Professional career completed.
