The objective of the position is to supervise, coordinate and optimize warehouse, logistics and material supply activities, ensuring proper inventory management, timely supply, control of incoming and outgoing materials, and compliance with internal policies. Main responsibilities: \- Standardize processes for receiving, storing and distributing materials. \- Ensure compliance with inventory records and controls. \- Develop performance indicators (KPIs) for efficiency and control. \- Schedule, supervise, and deliver blacksmithing jobs on time and as required. \- Implement a continuous improvement system in warehouse management. \- Achieve operational excellence across the entire supply chain. \- Supervise incoming and outgoing material flows. \- Verify storage conditions and compliance with safety regulations. \- Coordinate internal deliveries according to production or maintenance requirements. \- Transfer materials to various locations. \- Schedule blacksmith shop activities. \- Update and validate minimum and maximum stock levels. \- Conduct and carry out site visits to remote locations. \- Prepare presentations of their KPIs. \- Participate in internal and external audits. \- Evaluate and plan personnel training needs.
