Development of strategic business relationships **Department:** Commercial and Customer Development **Reports to:** Commercial Director or General Director **Job Objective:** Promote AFRANOR's services, generate new leads, close franchise project sales, and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prospect potential customers through various channels (social media, phone calls, events, networking, referrals, visits, etc.). * Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries. * Deliver customized commercial presentations of AFRANOR's services. * Identify customer needs. * Track the sales closing process and contract signing. * Coordinate appointments, meetings, and presentations among prospects. * Maintain updated customer database and internal CRM. * Participate in franchise- and business-related events, trade fairs, and forums. * Support the development of public relations strategies and brand positioning. * Establish alliances with business chambers, accounting firms, incubators, etc. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Business Management, incomplete degree, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in customer service or public relations. * **Skills:** * Excellent presentation skills * Willingness to travel * Passion for customer interaction * Flexible schedule availability * Proficiency in office software **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Proactivity * Networking * Goal achievement **Age Requirement:** Ages 18 to 26; hiring is conducted through the "Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro" program.
