Job Summary: We are seeking a home-based collection agent to negotiate with clients, secure payment commitments, and recover accounts in Hermosillo. Key Highlights: 1. Home-based collection management and client negotiation 2. Recovery of early-stage or extrajudicial delinquent accounts 3. Results-oriented approach and in-depth knowledge of the city At HERMOSILLO SOLIDARIDAD branch Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Responsibilities: Home-based collection, client negotiation, securing payment commitments, and account recovery : * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in recovering early-stage, charged-off, or extrajudicial delinquent accounts (preferred). * Familiarity with the city / Results-focused. : * Base salary of $9,451.20 gross per month, paid biweekly. * Training bonus of $1,200.00 per month for two months. * Productivity bonus of $3,000 fixed for six months, paid biweekly; after six months, this bonus continues as long as productivity targets are met. * Excellent uncapped commission structure—earn up to $15,000 or more in commissions monthly (details explained during the second interview with the manager). * Weekly gasoline allowance ($350.00). * IMSS coverage (100% contribution from day one). * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit-sharing, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniform).
