Leads process optimization and efficient use of warehouse space. **Job Description** **MRO WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR** **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation, organization, control, and auditing of warehouses, guaranteeing policy compliance, accurate inventory management, and continuous improvement in branch operations. **Description:** Responsible for ensuring correct warehouse operations and management, guaranteeing policy compliance, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency. Additionally, conducts periodic audits in coordination with branch managers to verify proper warehouse functioning, identifies areas for improvement, implements solutions, trains staff, and reports key performance indicators, contributing to the organization’s operational and financial control. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. * Conduct periodic inventory and operational process audits in coordination with branch managers. * Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure material accuracy and availability. * Identify, manage, and reduce "dead stock" to optimize inventory turnover and space utilization. * Train warehouse staff on best practices, operational procedures, and technological tools. * Analyze and report key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness. * Propose and implement improvements in logistics and storage processes to maximize resources and reduce costs. * Ensure proper materials management, aligning operations with the organization’s strategic objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in MRO warehouses * Advanced Excel * ERP system proficiency * Proven experience in operational audits and inventory adjustments, ensuring ISO policy compliance. * Ability to interpret and report key performance indicators related to inventory and logistics. * Experience in logistics and storage process optimization, warehouse layout design, and efficient space utilization. **COMPETENCIES:** * Teamwork * Problem solving * Organization * Responsibility * Punctuality * Working under pressure * Communication skills * Time management Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Warehouse management system: 3 years (Mandatory) * MRO warehouses: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
