Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Operational Support Assistant to support field activities, maintenance, logistics, and operations while developing practical skills. Key Highlights: 1. Support in maintenance and operational activities Maintenance and Operational Support Assistant Hermosillo, Sonora (Centenario Neighborhood) At Grupo Monmaz, we are looking for individuals willing to work in the field and support maintenance, logistics, and operational activities. This vacancy is part of the “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” (Youth Building the Future) program; therefore, it represents an excellent opportunity to enter the workforce and develop practical skills in a real-world environment. Main Responsibilities: * Assistance with basic masonry and office maintenance tasks * Simple repairs (sealing, adjustments, general finishing) * Support in field activities * Loading and unloading of materials * Transportation and delivery of materials and documents * General support to the operational team Requirements: * Age between 18 and 29 years * Basic knowledge of general masonry * Availability to work in the field * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Program Support: * $9,582\.47 per month * Payment made on the 28th of each month * Medical insurance during the program Application Process: * Application process: * Registration via the application form: * Registration on the “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” platform * Telephone interview Position Type: Probationary period Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: $9,582\.47 per month Work Location: On-site employment
