




**Important company in the sector** * We are looking for an HR Coordinator (a) with skills in recruitment and selection of personnel, proactive with a good level of service attitude as well as effective communication skills. * Responsible for **mass recruitment and selection of operational teams**, aiming to achieve coverage for the assigned branches, as well as implementing employee benefits and compensation programs, conducting impactful visits for proper follow-up on staff needs. * Being proactive and having a service-oriented attitude is essential to ensure excellent internal customer service, since interaction with assigned branches is crucial for the proper development of employees. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field. * 2 years of experience in recruitment for operational positions, preferably in the restaurant sector. * Proactivity and service orientation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Responsibilities:** * In charge of selection, interviewing, and hiring for assigned positions. * Management of external and internal recruitment programs. * Review and promote human resources policies and procedures used within the company. * Competency-based interview processes. **Benefits:** Base salary 16,000 gross \+ 3,000 pesos bonus upon achievement of targets.
