




Position Summary: Accountant for a construction project in Pesquería, N.L., responsible for financial, tax, treasury, and human resources management of the project. Key Highlights: 1. Management of official procedures and regulatory compliance **Job Responsibilities: Accountant for Construction Project (Pesquería Construction Project, N.L.)** **Position Objective:** Ensure the financial health of the project through strict expenditure control, fulfillment of tax obligations, and timely management of human and material resources. **1. Expenditure and Supplier Management** * **Project Expense Control:** Daily monitoring and recording of direct and indirect construction costs to ensure adherence to the approved budget. * **Supplier Invoice Management:** Receipt, validation (XML and PDF), and registration of invoices, verifying that supplies have been delivered on-site per purchase orders. * **Payment Scheduling:** Coordination of payment schedules to suppliers and service providers to prevent interruptions in material supply. **2. Treasury and Reconciliation** * **Daily Balance Management:** Preparation of daily cash flow reports to provide management with real-time visibility into the project’s liquidity. * **Integration of Tax Receipts into Accounting Entries:** Ensuring every bank transaction is properly supported by its corresponding CFDI and correctly linked in accounting entries for audit purposes. **3. Human Capital and Payroll** * **Payroll Administration:** Calculation and disbursement of salaries for administrative and operational personnel (crews). Tracking of attendance incidents (absences, overtime, piece-rate bonuses) to ensure fair and timely payment. * **Labor Compliance:** Maintenance of attendance records and personnel files for active staff at the Pesquería construction site. **4. Official Procedures and Regulatory Compliance (New León Focus)** * **Government Agency Coordination:** Handling procedures with the Municipality of Pesquería and state agencies (e.g., construction permits, civil protection, ecology). * **IMSS / INFONAVIT Compliance:** Managing employee registrations, cancellations, and salary adjustments. In-depth knowledge of construction site registration requirements (SIROC/ICSOE) is essential to avoid fines. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in construction project administration or construction accounting. * **Software:** Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) and experience with at least one construction ERP system (e.g., Enkontrol, Neodata, Opus, or similar). * **Skills:** High sense of urgency, unwavering integrity, and ability to work under pressure in a construction-site environment.
