You will be the first line of growth: prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals in the construction and real estate technology sector, while also supporting key operational workflows that keep our team agile and fast. This hybrid role combines aggressive prospecting with precise administrative execution. **Main Responsibilities** **Sales Prospecting and Enablement** * Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Dodge. * Qualify inbound/outbound leads and schedule meetings (target of 8/month). * Execute cold outreach: 200 calls + 800 emails per week. * Present ROI-based solutions and close deals with construction/real estate partners. * Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot (leads, accounts, pipeline). * Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to address prospect needs. **Administrative and Operational Support (Admin & Ops Support)** * Upload and reconcile receipts in Brex; follow up with the team for compliance. * Track payments to vendors (legal, accounting, technology partners). * Support monthly reporting with the CEO (QuickBooks, spreadsheets). * Issue insurance certificates and track renewals. **Requirements** * 1–3 years of experience in BDR (Business Development Representative), sales operations, or hybrid growth roles. * Fluent communication in English and Spanish. * Experience with HubSpot, QuickBooks, Brex, Rippling (or similar tools). * Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM workflows, and vendor coordination. * Experience in SaaS, hardware, or construction technology is a plus. * Availability for Operational Support must include: * One evening call daily Monday through Friday between 6 PM and 11 PM EST (approximately 2 hours). * One weekend shift (approximately 2 hours). **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Major Medical Health Insurance. * 15 days of paid time off (PTO) from day one. * Opportunities for promotion and growth within a rapidly expanding team. * Mentorship, learning, and education programs. * Monthly employee events.
