Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, ensuring proper management of goods, personnel, and logistics operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. 1. Planning and supervision of daily warehouse activities under your responsibility. 2. Supervise and control the activities of warehouse and loading/unloading staff. 3. Supervise the arrangement and placement of goods within the warehouse. 4. Coordinate with the Courier Route Planning department regarding scheduled reloads. 5. Ensure timely dispatch of courier goods along the various routes scheduled by the Courier Route Planning department. 6. Supervise loading/unloading activities and service times for scheduled courier reloads. 7. Ensure proper handling and cubicage of goods received from customers at the dock and during pickups. 8. Coordinate courier pickups with the Traffic and Customer Service departments at the branch. 9. Ensure labeling of all courier goods. 10. Verify and report discrepancies between documented waybills and physical goods. 11. Track and resolve issues related to non-conforming products. 12. Report any incidents involving damage and/or shortages, or incorrect loading arrangements of units destined for different branches receiving the goods. 13. Maintain order and cleanliness in warehouse facilities, operational yard, and courier goods receiving area for customers. 14. Ensure proper customer waybill receipt at the dock for documentation, storage in the warehouse, and onward shipment to destination. 15. Supervise correct handling of goods received from customers to prevent damage prior to shipment to destination. 16. Serve internal and external branch customers: warehouse operations and dock-side receipt of customer goods. 17. Comply with safety and hygiene guidelines to prevent accidents. 18. Ensure all warehouse staff under your supervision have appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for daily branch operations. 19. Ensure proper functioning and preventive maintenance of work tools, including: unloading platforms and/or ramps, docks, hydraulic pallet jacks or pallet jacks, hand trucks, platforms, curtains, etc., located at your assigned branch. 20. Ensure correct zoning of the maneuvering yard area. 21. Participate in company-mandated safety and hygiene programs. 22. Ensure all staff under your supervision wear complete work uniforms and use them properly for accurate identification. 23. Ensure all warehouse facilities remain in good condition—paint in corporate colors, order and cleanliness, zoning, and warehouse signage—as well as common areas that may affect the company’s corporate image. 24. Monitor compliance with our quality management system statutes. 25. Implement improvements within the role and branch aimed at continuous improvement. 26. Locate vehicles as required by operations. 27. Perform loading and unloading tasks to improve operational efficiency. 28. Make adjustments and record incoming goods as required by operations. 29.
