We build great products to solve business problems. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper execution of production operations by coordinating and supervising the assigned team to meet the plant’s established safety, quality, productivity, and delivery standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations within the production area. * Guarantee and manage preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensure compliance with production plans, timelines, and quality requirements. * Verify adherence to safety, order, and cleanliness standards (5S). * Receive and inspect indirect raw materials. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, waste, rework). * Support training and development of operational staff. * Report progress, incidents, and results. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related incomplete or terminal degree * Minimum 4 years’ experience as Operations Supervisor or Leader in an automotive or manufacturing plant. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and industrial safety. * Desired knowledge of IATF, ISO 9001:2015, CONAGUA, SEMARNAT, and PROFEPA standards * Warehouse administration, maintenance, logistics, and plant distribution * Forklift operation **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Decision-making * Results orientation * Teamwork **We Offer** * Salary: $20,000 gross monthly * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunities for development and growth * Working hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Location:** * Av.
