




Job Summary: A Lean Coordinator drives continuous improvement, eliminates waste, and optimizes processes by combining process analysis, training, and project leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Lead continuous improvement and process optimization. 2. Implement Lean tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S. 3. Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and train personnel. **A Lean Coordinator is responsible for driving continuous improvement, eliminating waste, and optimizing processes within a company. Their activities combine process analysis, training, and leadership of improvement projects.** **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Process Analysis and Improvement** * Analyze production or administrative processes to identify **waste (muda)**. * Develop **Value Stream Maps (VSM)**. * Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. * Design and implement improvements in time, quality, and cost. **2\. Implementation of Lean Tools** Apply and monitor Lean tools including: * Six Sigma * 5S * Kaizen * Kanban * SMED * Poka-Yoke **3\. Coordination of Improvement Projects** * Lead **Kaizen** events or improvement workshops. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (production, quality, maintenance, logistics). * Establish improvement goals and action plans. * Track results. **4\. Training and Lean Culture** * Train personnel on Lean tools. * Promote a culture of **continuous improvement**. * Develop improvement leaders within departments. **5\. KPI Monitoring** * Analyze KPIs such as: * productivity * efficiency * scrap * cycle times * OEE * Present results to management and propose corrective actions. **6\. Process Standardization** * Document **standard operating procedures (SOPs)**. * Ensure sustainability of improvements over time. * Audit compliance with Lean practices. Profile: * Industrial Engineering or related degree. * Advanced English proficiency. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. * Experience in the connector industry is highly desirable. * Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, integrity and trustworthiness, and timely decision-making. Salary: $20,497.00 - $30,438.27 per month Work Location: On-site employment
