




Position Summary: Comprehensive management of labor relations, legal compliance, disciplinary control, and personnel logistics, ensuring a harmonious and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages labor relations and organizational climate. 2. Ensures compliance with the Federal Labor Law. 3. Controls logistics and mobility of foreign personnel. * **Labor Relations Administration** Comprehensive management of field and office staff, ensuring compliance with internal regulations, handling labor conflicts, and maintaining organizational climate. * **Labor Legal Compliance** Application of the Federal Labor Law across all processes, guaranteeing legally compliant practices and preparation for audits and compliance reviews. * **Management of Terminations and Discipline** Preparation of administrative reports, application of sanctions, and disciplinary control on site. * **Incident Control and Document Management** Recording and tracking of incidents (absences, tardiness, leave requests, abandonment), compilation and safeguarding of complete employee files. * **Personnel Logistics and Per Diems** Planning of transfers, accommodation, and movements of foreign personnel; budget control, expense verification, and operational coordination with site teams. * **Vendor Management and Operational Coordination** Negotiation with vendors (transportation, hotels), ticket procurement, and coordination with supervisors and site managers to ensure personnel availability and mobility.
