Job Summary: Supervise and optimize personnel, facility, and equipment management to ensure quality, profitability, and high customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Promote maintenance contracts and manage training programs. **OBJECTIVE:** Supervise and optimize the organization and administration of departmental personnel, facilities, and equipment to deliver high-quality work, maintain a profitable department, and provide customers with a high level of satisfaction. **Education:** Technical degree required; Engineering degree preferred. **Work Experience:** Machinery sales, automotive after-sales, workshop administration, field service sales. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales in the Service and Parts departments. 2\. Establish work plans with each branch and sales team to achieve objectives. 3\. Supervise the implementation of work plans and prospecting activities across all branches. 4\. Identify business opportunities in each market to implement sales actions. 5\. Define sales targets by product line and by salesperson based on established budgets. 6\. Monitor and manage parts inventory KPIs. 7\. Review and track the parts and service customer portfolio. 8\. Monitor, control, and optimize parts and service expenses. 9\. Monitor sales progress per service workshop: labor, parts, and other workshops; supervise workshop job dwell-time indicators to reduce repair turnaround time. 10\. Develop and follow up on training plans for all mechanics. 11\. Develop and promote maintenance contracts per workshop with customers. 12\. Supervise workshop administration, ensuring compliance with established policies and processes. 13\. Accompany branch sales representatives for parts and service when supporting and assisting customers. 14\. Prepare and submit commercial proposals to key customers in support of branches. 15\. Establish commercial and marketing programs for parts and service sales. 16\. Coordinate training programs with manufacturing plants and suppliers across different business lines. 17\.
