Systems Leader

Position Summary: Ensure the proper operation of technological equipment and systems by providing timely support and proposing improvements to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and provide technical support for point-of-sale systems, networks, and equipment. 2. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and manage system access. 3. Implement technological improvements and train staff on their proper use. Position Objective Ensure the proper operation of the company's technological equipment, systems, and tools by providing timely support to various store and administrative departments, ensuring operational continuity and proposing technological improvements to optimize processes. Main Responsibilities Supervise the operation of point-of-sale systems, networks, computing equipment, and technological devices. Provide technical support to store and office users. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Administer system access, user accounts, email accounts, and permissions. Supervise surveillance cameras, backups, and technological security equipment. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and internet failures. Coordinate with system, telecommunications, and technological infrastructure vendors. Implement technological improvements to facilitate operations. Maintain control and inventory of computing equipment and accessories. Train staff on the proper use of tools and systems. Ensure proper operation of printers, cash registers, scanners, and terminals. Track incidents until resolution. Requirements Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of networks, technical support, and equipment maintenance. Experience with administrative systems and point-of-sale systems. Flexible working hours. Strong problem-solving ability.
