Responsibilities: Event Planning: Define event type, objectives, budget, date, and overall logistics. Organization and Logistics: Coordinate all necessary elements including venue, furniture, decoration, sound, lighting, and catering. Vendor Management: Contact, negotiate with, and supervise vendors (catering, music, photographers, etc.). Budget Control: Manage financial resources to avoid unnecessary expenses and stay within the allocated budget. Team Coordination: Lead personnel involved before, during, and after the event. Promotion and Dissemination: Support event publicity through social media, invitations, or campaigns. Event Supervision: Be present during the event to resolve unforeseen issues and ensure everything proceeds as planned.
