Motorcycle Collections Manager (Cuautitlán Izcalli Area) **Job Objective:** As a Motorcycle Collections Manager, you will be responsible for visiting customers during their first weeks of delinquency or with significant arrears, establishing payment plans that enable them to bring their payments up to date. **Main Responsibilities:** Visit customers in cases of vacation, disability, or low performance by primary collectors. Understand customers’ needs to provide the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. Confirm and update information during each visit or customer contact. Provide service to our customers with respect and courtesy.
