Logistics and Operations City: SONORA Publication Date: Apr 10, 2026 Schedule: Mon\-Sat 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Description: General Purpose: Verify and report route reconciliations (Pickup/Delivery) to guarantee the entry and exit of items from units and the platform at the COP, ensuring full traceability and preventing item theft, as well as assisting in general administrative tasks for operational control. Main Functions: Execute route reconciliations for pickups and deliveries, verifying that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancy, to prevent item theft. Obtain information regarding items involved in pickup and delivery reconciliation discrepancies, identifying each incident-laden waybill, questioning the Operator, and requiring immediate delivery of such items, to ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform, registering, locating, and managing all pending shipments awaiting route dispatch on the platform, to physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending status recorded on the platform. Analyze fuel efficiency for pickup routes by conducting daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low efficiency), providing information to supervisors to prevent misuse and theft of fuel. Report reconciliation results for pickups and deliveries, and fuel efficiency audit outcomes to the Supervisor, documenting and submitting the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel efficiency audits, enabling the Supervisor to implement corrective and/or preventive actions with Operators/Routes experiencing incidents to prevent recurrence. Education: University-level education (incomplete or completed degree) Knowledge Profile: Microsoft Office: Intermediate. Data analysis using pivot tables and formulas; presentation of activity results; daily indicator reporting. Experience Profile: Warehouse: 6 months. Data analysis; identification and improvement of indicator deviations; inventory execution; control of item inflows and outflows. Personnel management; negotiation for conflict resolution.
