Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to support all administrative activities (filing, control, preparation and recording of accounting transactions, as well as verifying their proper accounting treatment) that contribute to achieving organizational objectives. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Manage expense advances (services, maintenance, government agencies, permits, licenses, etc.) to ensure optimal operational performance. \- Manage casualty damage insurance policies and track incidents promptly and appropriately. \- Coordinate with Treasury to ensure timely lease payments. \- Place bi-monthly supplies orders for all pharmacies.
